Overview
The SW-500 cylinder-bed machine has a narrow cylindrical bed that slides inside sleeves, cuffs, collars and other tubular work. It reaches places a flatbed machine cannot.
It is the standard for sleeve-setting and cuff attachment in knitwear and shirting, letting you sew around the inside of a tube without folding or fighting the fabric.
For flat panel work, a flatbed machine is the practical choice — the cylinder bed is for the tubular parts of a garment.
