How to Maintain an Overlock Machine

Daily
- Blow or brush lint from the looper and knife area after each shift.
- Check the oil level.
Weekly
- Clean the feed dogs and remove trapped thread.
- Inspect and replace dull knives.
Monthly
- Oil the looper and needle bar mechanisms.
- Check looper and needle timing.
- Replace worn needles as a set.
