Overview
The SW-8000H is a heavy-duty version of the single needle lockstitch, built for fabrics too thick for a standard 6150D. It pairs a stronger feed-dog bite with a larger bobbin and higher presser-foot clearance.
Where the 6150D is optimised for light and medium woven fabric, the 8000H handles layered canvas, thick denim, tent cloth and webbing — materials that would jam or skip stitches on a standard machine. This is the machine for workshops that take thick-material orders on a single or double machine setup.
If your work is only shirts and light trousers, the direct-drive 6150D is faster and cheaper to run — the 8000H earns its place when material thickness is the daily challenge.

Can it still sew light fabric?+
It can, but it is optimised for thickness. For everyday light-garment work, the 6150D is the better tool.
What is the maximum fabric thickness?+
