Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering, shipping, voltage, payment and warranty — everything industrial sewing machine buyers ask before inquiring.
Ordering, MOQ & Shipping
What's the minimum order quantity?+
1 unit. Order 1–4 machines and we ship by express courier or LCL sea freight — a full container is optional, not a requirement.
How do you ship small orders?+
1–4 machines ship by express courier or LCL sea freight. Full-container (FCL, ~100+ units) sea freight is arranged for bulk distributor orders.
Who pays the import duty and taxes?+
Import duty and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We prepare every shipping document — invoice, packing list and bill of lading — to support your clearance.
How long does delivery take?+
Transit time varies by destination and is usually a few weeks by sea. Your forwarder will confirm the exact schedule; we quote FOB Ningbo or CIF to your port.
Voltage & Certification
What voltage do your machines use?+
220V / 230V / 240V single phase as standard, matching mains supply across Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia and Latin America.
Can you configure a custom voltage?+
Yes — we can quote other voltages on request. Tell us your country and we'll match the correct configuration before shipping.
Do your machines have certification?+
We provide the documents required for import — invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificates — and cooperate with pre-shipment inspection (PVoC / SONCAP) for your market.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
T/T bank transfer is standard. For Bangladesh and other markets that prefer it, we also accept irrevocable LC at sight.
Can I order a sample machine first?+
Yes — the minimum order is 1 unit, so you can start with a single machine to test quality before committing to a bulk order.
Warranty & Support
What warranty do you offer?+
12 months on the machine head. Spare parts are kept in stock so a worn part never stops your production for long.
Do you supply spare parts?+
Yes — needles, bobbins, rotary hooks, presser feet and servo motors are kept in stock and can ship with your machine order.
How do I get technical support?+
Every machine ships with an English manual and troubleshooting guide, and we provide remote support by email and WhatsApp.
New vs Used Machines
Should I buy a new or used sewing machine?+
A new machine comes with a warranty, a fresh motor and readily available spare parts. A used machine costs less upfront but has unknown wear. If budget is tight, a used machine can work — ideally upgraded with a new servo motor.
